Deirdre O'Farrell of Yasmin's Boutique said "The fashion for ladies at the races this year is all about glamour, style and drama. Dresses, dresses, dresses are all the rage, in particular black and white polka-dot dresses highlighted with touches of red in accessories as belts, bags, shoes and jewellery."
To add even more glamour to this years event, entrants to the Best Dressed Competition are invited to meet the judges over a glass of champagne near the reserved enclosure.
Former Miss Ireland, style icon and TV3 presenter Anne-Marie Gannon will be on hand to judge this years competition. Anne-Marie will assess both the best dressed lady and gentleman at this years competition and will join Colm Murray in the parade ring to present this years prizes. This year the prizes have been extended to include travel vouchers from Globe Travel on Laurence Street. "With prizes including flights, a handmade gentleman's suit and gift vouchers for the Chris Curtis store and fabulous gift vouchers for stunning clothes from Yasmins Boutique this promises to be an event not to be missed" said Alan Delany of Bellewstown Race Committee.
